How do I create a live stream with LiveReacting?
Sign up for a free account and create a new stream, from a template or from scratch. Add your video, playlist or camera, and connect the channel you stream to, on YouTube, Facebook, Twitch or anywhere else. Then click Go Live, or set a date and time for it to start.
Should my computer be on while streaming?
Not if you stream a pre-recorded video or run a 24/7 channel. The video plays from our servers, so you can switch your computer off. If you go live from your camera in Live Studio, your computer is sending the picture, so it has to stay on.
What happens if a live stream is interrupted?
A pre-recorded or 24/7 stream runs on our servers, so your computer or your internet going down does not stop it. If a platform drops the connection, LiveReacting reconnects and carries on by itself. Our uptime for the last 90 days is on our status page.
Do I need to install any software?
No. LiveReacting runs in your browser, and so does Live Studio for the guests you invite. There is nothing to install for you or for them.
Which platforms can I stream to, and to how many at once?
YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, Instagram and 30+ platforms in all, plus any other service that accepts an RTMP live feed, or HLS and SRT on a custom plan, on request. Depending on your plan, you can stream to up to 20 of them at the same time.
How long can a 24/7 live stream run?
On the 24/7 plan there is no limit. The stream runs until you stop it, and some customers have run one stream for years without an interruption. Other plans have a maximum length per stream, listed on the pricing page. Facebook caps any live stream at 8 hours (September 2026), so 24/7 streams go to YouTube, Twitch, Kick or your own destinations.
What are interactive games and components?
Trivia, polls, giveaways and word games that run inside your live stream, and a live chat overlay that shows your viewers' comments on screen. Viewers take part by typing a comment, and LiveReacting counts the answers and shows the results in the video.
Can guests join my live stream?
Yes. Invite them to Live Studio with a link. They join from a browser on a phone or a computer, and you put them on the stage, alone or side by side. How many guests you can have depends on your plan.
Can I stream for free?
Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and does not expire. It comes with limits, three streams a month among them, and you can see all of them on the pricing page.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can pause or cancel your account at any time on your profile page, or by messaging us in the live chat.
